Warranty coverage does not generally apply to damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, improper installation, accidents, abuse, normal wear and tear, or use inconsistent with product instructions, except where otherwise required by law.
Warranty remedies may include troubleshooting, repair, replacement, or another remedy appropriate under the applicable warranty terms and law.

8. Security Camera Use and User Responsibility
Kamoviz products are intended to assist with home and property monitoring. They are not a guarantee that burglary, theft, property damage, personal injury, or other security incidents will not occur.
You are responsible for installing and using security cameras in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Depending on your location, laws may regulate:
- Video surveillance
- Audio recording
- Recording of other individuals
- Placement of security cameras
- Monitoring of public or shared areas
- Notice or consent requirements
- Storage or sharing of recordings
You are responsible for determining whether your intended use of a Kamoviz product complies with applicable privacy, surveillance, recording, and other laws.
Kamoviz is not responsible for unlawful or unauthorized use of its products by customers or other users.
9. Internet, Wi-Fi, and Device Compatibility
Certain Kamoviz products require Wi-Fi, Internet access, a compatible mobile device, a mobile application, or other technical requirements.
Product performance may be affected by:
- Wi-Fi signal strength
- Internet connectivity
- Router configuration
- Network congestion
- Mobile device compatibility
- Application or firmware version
- Environmental conditions
- Third-party service availability
You are responsible for confirming the compatibility requirements stated for the product before purchase.
Internet service, mobile data, electricity, routers, smartphones, microSD cards, and other equipment or services not expressly included with the product are generally the customer’s responsibility.

11. Cloud Storage and Subscriptions
Certain products may support optional cloud storage or other subscription-based features through a compatible application or third-party service.
Unless otherwise expressly stated, cloud storage is not required for basic local functions that are designed to operate without a cloud subscription.
Cloud subscription prices, storage periods, trial periods, features, renewal terms, and cancellation procedures may be established by the applicable cloud service provider.
You are responsible for reviewing the applicable subscription terms before purchasing or activating a paid cloud service.
12. Product Software and Firmware
Kamoviz products may contain software or firmware necessary for operation.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive right to use such software solely as necessary to operate the product for its intended purpose.
Except where permitted by applicable law, you may not copy, distribute, sell, sublicense, modify, circumvent security measures, or otherwise misuse proprietary software or firmware.
Software, firmware, and compatible applications may be updated from time to time to improve functionality, compatibility, performance, or security.
13. Intellectual Property
All content made available through the Site, including text, graphics, logos, product images, videos, icons, designs, trademarks, page layouts, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Kamoviz unless otherwise stated.
