1. Which app does this camera use? How to download?
This camera uses the TinoSec application. Search for the "TinoSec" application in the app store, or use a browser to scan the QR code on the instruction manual or packaging box for download, registration, and use. (By email, agree to the user agreement and obtain a verification code)
CAUTION: DO NOT use 3rd party QR code scanning tool or app to avoid scam or malware! Use QR code scanning app provided by your mobile phone system, e.g. the system camera app.
2. Add device by Bluetooth？
(1) Turn on your "Bluetooth"
(2) Click on the "Add" button
(3) Enter the Wifi name and password
(4) Waiting for connecting
3. Add device by QR code？
(1) Click on the "Add a device" button
(2) Select the "Smart Camera(2.4GHz&5GHz)"
(3) Enter the wifi name and password
(4) Scan the QR code that appears on the phone with the device
4. Add device by Hotspot?
(1) Click on the "Add a device" button
(2) Select the "Smart Camera(2.4GHz&5GHz)"
(3) Select AP mode
(4) Enter the wifi name and password
(5) Select AP hotspot "Smartlife-XXXX", and return to the APP

13. Can the camera be used with a solar panel？
Yes. To ensure the charging voltage is not less than 4.5V, a solar panel with a regulated 5V output can be used. Besides, to ensure there is enough current to charge the device when the solar energy is insufficient, it's advisable to increase the area of the solar panel. You can install it in the area that gets the most sunlight throughout the day.
14. What is the battery capacity?
The battery is divided into 9000mAH and 4500mAH, please refer to the product manual and parameter table for details.
15. How can I extend the battery life?
(1) Installed in places with small flow of people
(2) Set the PIR trigger setting to low
(3) Set the recording time to 10 seconds
(4) Set the trigger interval time to 60 seconds
