Warranty Policy

We offer a 1-year warranty for customers who purchase Kamoviz products from the Kamoviz official website. This warranty policy does not apply to complimentary gifts shipped with Kamoviz. 

Note: Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the goods are defective, damaged, or if you receive incorrect items, please contact us immediately for assessment and corrective action. If the damage is due to user-related factors, we will offer discounted pricing for purchasing new products.
