We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, whether unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Other non-returnable items include: gift cards, downloadable software products, etc.

We do not accept returns for products with clearance pricing.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Kamoviz will provide a free replacement If the product is damaged due to quality issues within one month after receiving the goods, we . If the damage is due to user-related factors, we will offer a discounted price for purchasing a new product. No evidence , no free replacement.
Exchanges
In accordance with our warranty policy, you may return products for exchange.
If the returned product is tested and found to be defective and falls within the limited warranty scope of Kamoviz, we will handle all quality-related issues, including any return shipping fees, through replacement or full refund.
In any case, Kamoviz is not responsible for any customs clearance and/or duties, taxes, charges imposed by carriers.
Refund Policy

Please remember, it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
